The focus is placed on the complex reconfigurations of Europe’s physiognomy between 1861 and 2011, studying the evolution of the territorial expansion of the member states including colonies, to which an analytical re-mapping strategy is applied. → A Form of History The cycle of works O, B, A, F, G, K, M (after the system developed by US astronomer Annie Jump Cannon) represents an investigation into cosmology that reflects the human desire to broaden our knowledge of the universe.→ O, B, A, F, G, K, M

Silvia Hell and musician Nicola Ratti imagine ‘measuring’ Brixen Cathedral Square by recording the echoes and reverberations generated within it. Like a sonar, these sounds allow us to perceive the dimensions, distances and depths; the urban landscape thus metaphorically becomes a landscape of the deep sea.
